Price increases on selected Color Services will be implemented.

Strict and Enforced 24 Hour Cancellation Policy!

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago.

Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Children Policy

To ensure we give our clients the attention they deserve, we ask our clients to leave children ages 13 and younger home. We understand that bringing your children to the salon during your service may be convenient or even necessary at times, but at Salon Tru Blu we feel that children who attend their parents’ appointments at the salon pose a safety issue.

We work with sharp instruments, hot tools, chemicals, and other equipment in the salon and we do not have an area designated for children. If something were to happen to your child at our salon, it would be devastating to you and your family, as well as ours. For this reason we ask that parents visit our salon without their children under the age of 13.

Please understand that our concern is for the safety of your child, for other guests, and for our staff. We have the upmost respect for our parent clients and some of our staff are parents themselves, so we know that this may be an inconvenience.

Refund & Payment Policy

Refund and Payment Policy At Salon Tru Blu we pride ourselves in our customer service and the exceptional quality of our work.

We will do our very best to ensure all guests are satisfied with all services provided.

Due to unseen variables, we understand that sometimes things do not go as expected and/or desired results can be miscommunicated.

No matter what, our guests’ satisfaction is our number one priority.

We ask that any guest that needs an adjustment to their hair reach out to the salon within 72 hours of their original service.

Please, be aware that shampooing hair within 24 hours will affect what adjustments can be made. Depending on the nature and cause of the adjustment needed the Salon Owner will determine the proper course of action.

While adjustments can be made, NO REFUNDS will be issued.

By agreeing to the service, the guest agrees to pay the full amount of the service total upon completion of the services that same day.

Product Return Policy

Salon Tru Blu guarantees a 7-day money back policy on all products purchased in the salon that have not been opened or used. We do not allow refunds on cash or check transactions without a receipt.

Exchange

Products opened and returned within 14 days of purchase may be exchanged for a different product of equal value. Refunds and exchanges will be processed when the product(s) have been received and inspected. These are done the same day.
